The Avocardio Club is for your weekly exercise and nutrition fix. We will focus on your needs and aspirations to deliver a programme for you and your wellbeing.

Let’s not obsess with our weight but focus on core strength, a more toned and sculptured body, improved cardio vascular fitness, better sleep patterns and an ability to make better lifestyle choices.

Founder and coach Claire’s mantra is fuss-free, fun, friendly, energetic and enthusiastic training! Claire is a qualified Personal Trainer, TRX trainer, Spin trainer and a PowerPlate trainer.  She has completed many fun runs, Parkruns, triathlons, cross-country cycling, open water swimming, tough mudder events, 10k runs, half marathons,  and a full Ironman in Vichy.
