What we do

The Avocardio Club is all about small group training.

Industry stats say the drop-out rate from fitness courses if you go on your own is 40% but that this reduces to 6% if your work out with a friend!

That said, we will of course tailor individual or bootcamp sessions to suit you.

Sessions can be held at your home, work or at a nearby outside location at a time to suit your lifestyle. We will set goals for your development and monitor progress to encourage you to stay on track.

We’ll agree the length and content of each session with you, which may include focus on one or more areas such as: running, circuits, HIIT, abs, boxing pads, cycling.

Specific routines can be worked for that bikini-fit or ski-fit body.

For example, our favourite session is a 1.5-hour SMASH:

10-minute review from last session over a wholesome drink

05-minute warm-up and stretches

10-minute gentle jog

40-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT)

10-minute abs and core strength

05-minute warm-down and stretches

10-minute chat with targets over a nutritious snack
